The HEARTSAVER CPR/AED/FIRST AID course is for non-healthcare workers with limited or no medical training that need or desire to be trained in CPR/AED and Basic First Aid Training.
Typically, students that enroll in the HEARTSAVER CPR/AED/FIRST AID course are, childcare workers, teachers, camp counselors, coaches, babysitters, and anyone else in the general public. The HEARTSAVER CPR/AED/FIRST AID course is extremely flexible to help prepare people to respond to a cardiac arrest, choking incident, and first aid response.
Note 1: There is no written test requirement for the HEARTSAVER CPR/AED/FIRST AID course. Course is taught to the American Heart Association 2015 Standard.
Course length: CPR/AED = 3.0 +/- hours FIRST AID = 3.0 +/- hours
Certificate valid = 2 Years
